We Organized a Seminar to Guide Foreign Buyers Through the Tokyo Real Estate Market

We had the pleasure of organizing a special online seminar, “How to Buy a Home in Tokyo as a Foreigner”, to provide essential information and guidance for international residents interested in owning property in Japan’s capital.

Our session focused on the unique aspects of purchasing real estate in Tokyo—from neighborhood selection and price trends to financing and legal procedures. We aimed to clarify the buying journey, highlight key steps, and offer actionable advice for those navigating the Japanese housing market for the first time.

Through this event, we were able to connect with a diverse audience of prospective buyers and share insights tailored to the Tokyo area. We’re grateful for the strong interest and thoughtful questions we received, and we hope participants left with a clearer understanding of how to move forward with confidence.

We remain committed to supporting foreign buyers in Japan and look forward to future opportunities to share our expertise.

We Hosted a Seminar on How to Buy a Home in Japan as a Foreigner

We recently hosted an online seminar titled “How to Buy a Home in Japan as a Foreigner”, in collaboration with Real Estate Japan. The event was designed to help non-Japanese residents understand the process, legal framework, and practical considerations involved in purchasing a home in Japan.

The seminar covered a wide range of topics, including eligibility requirements, financing options, the step-by-step purchase process, and common challenges that foreigners may encounter. We also shared case studies and provided expert advice to help participants make informed decisions.

We were pleased to see a great turnout and appreciate the active participation from attendees around the world. Our goal is to make property ownership in Japan more accessible to international buyers, and we hope this seminar served as a valuable first step.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. We look forward to hosting more informative sessions in the future.
